OUR PROCESS: The Miracle Cleaning Kobosan Cleaning Process
Our cleaning process is a unique organic based formula out of Germany called "Kobosan Cleaning Snow". This organic based compound was developed in Europe and is very popular. 1) Brochure and sample area explained
Our cleaning team will give you a Miracle Cleaning brochure so you can view information on the process. Miracle Cleaning also provides you with a 100% satisfaction quarantee. We will clean a 3 X 3 area of carpet in your home (the worst place on the carpet) to show you how well our cleaning method works. If your not 100% satisfied with the process you can ask us to leave, no questions asked and no charges. |
2) Spots Pre Treated
Once your happy with the process we will proceed to clean your carpet. Our cleaning snow is spread over one area. Extra dirty spots in the room are pre treated with larger amounts of our cleaning snow. |
3) Pet Odor Removal
We use a black light on your carpet to find invisible pet stains, blood, vomit or spills. The pet urine on your carpet can produce a bad smell. This smell is caused by bacteria eating off the urine and producing waste. Our process will eliminate any remaining urine in your carpet and kill the bacteria. |

4) Cleaning Snow Worked into Carpet
The cleaning snow is then worked into the carpet with our rotating brushes. The cleaning snow will attach itself to the dirt by absorbing it. Our roating brushes fluff your carpet making it look new and feel super soft |
5) Carpet Vacuumed
The cleaning snow is then vacuumed up using our commercial grade vacuum. Your carpet comes out looking brand new. |
6) Edge Carpet & Stairs
The edges of the carpet and stairs are vacuumed using an edger to pick up any remaining snow. |
7) Cleaning Snow Refill
Before we leave your home we will offer you extra cleaning snow. This cleaning snow is what we suggest you use between cleanings. Store carpet cleaners can actually cause more damage to the carpet. If you run out simply call us at (919) 291-2627. Extra cleaning snow can be used to clean up spills, pet accidents and stains between cleanings.
