2. How will our relationship work?

Since we know we must earn your continued patronage on each visit, we don't use contracts. We depend on open communications and your candid evaluation of our service. If you are happy, tell a friend. Also let us know of ways we can serve you better. We will call you a day in advance of your cleaning to confirm your appointment with you. Then once your cleaning is complete we will call to make sure your 100% satisfied.
 

3. What will Miracle Cleaning do in my home?

Our free over-the-phone estimate allows us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. Our service includes dusting baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, window sills, furniture, and basic light fixtures, and vacuuming throughout. Cupboard fronts are spot-cleaned, floors are washed, and the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. We will try our best to accommodate all your cleaning needs.
 

4. At what time will the Miracle Cleaning team be at my home?

Our normal work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs.
 

5. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items.
 

6. What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
 

7. Am I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes?

Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work-related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers. Don't worry. Miracle Cleaning takes care of this for you.
 

8. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by Miracle Cleaning. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.
 

9. Do I have to be home when the team comes?
It's your choice. Many of Miracle Cleaning's customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.
 

10. How do I pay for your services?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash or personal check. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated amount. If it takes less time than we estimated, we will refund the difference or apply it to our next visit, as you prefer. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop in our provided Miracle Cleaning envelope. We currently do not accept credit cards.
 

11. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.
 

12. What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
Just give us a call 48 hours in advance!



 
Carpet Dry-Cleaning
1. What does "Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning" mean?

"Dry Extraction" is a simple and effective method for deep cleaning carpet anytime - without getting it wet. This means that your carpet will be soft, fresh-smelling, and ready to use immediately. Also, you will never have to worry about damage from mildew, split seams or shrinkage.
 

2. How does it work?

First, we apply the deep cleaning KOBASAN® SPONGES®. The SPONGES® work like a sponge in your kitchen. It dissolves greasy soil and spots and absorbs dirt, odors, and allergens to remove them from your carpet.

Next, we "brush in" the sponges, using the specially designed HOST® carpet cleaning machine. This special brushing action forces the SPONGES® deep into the carpet, lifting matted carpet pile and removing soil that you may not even see!

Then, we vacuum up the SPONGES®. The dirt, odors and allergens trapped in the SPONGES® are lifted from your carpet and simply vacuumed away. And there is no inconvenient drying time that can take hours before you can walk on your carpet.

 

3. Is it safe for my carpets, and for the people who live in my home?

Yes! Miracle Cleaning's carpet cleaning system uses an all-natural, non-toxic, environmentally friendly product that is completely safe for people and pets. Our cleaning process complies with the warranties of all major brands of stain-resistant treatments, and is approved by most carpet manufacturers worldwide. It is safe to use on all natural and synthetic carpet fibers.
 

4. What kinds of carpets can Miracle Cleaning clean?

We can clean any carpet, including fine-quality area rugs, wool, sisal, and Orientals.
 

5. Do I have to send area rugs out to be cleaned?
No, Miracle Cleaning can clean all your rugs right in your home.
